About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Operations and based at Pokeno, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of projects from a supply chain and operations perspective. Projects will include new product creation and development (NPD), supply chain network optimisation, manufacturing capability uplift, cost improvement initiatives and broader a2MC strategic programmes.
You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Quality, R&D and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with quality and compliance requirements.

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator with a Forklift Licence to join our Smeaton Grange team in permanent full-time roles offering varied work across production and warehouse operations. Smeaton Grange is our liquid milk bottling plant where we bottle over 850,000 litres of our delicious a2 Milk per week.
