What does the recruitment process involve?

The recruitment process varies depending on the role and business area.

Typical stages include:

  1. Application
  2. Initial review & shortlist
  3. Initial interview with hiring leader
  4. Second interview with relevant stakeholders
  5. Case study or assessments (where required)
  6. Reference checks
  7. Offer

Applications are reviewed against role requirements. Due to the volume of applications, we’re not always able to provide individual feedback. We aim to keep candidates informed of outcomes as early as possible.

Do I need to meet every requirement before applying?

No. If your experience is broadly aligned, we encourage you to apply.

Do you offer flexible or hybrid working?

Yes.

Most office-based roles operate on a hybrid model:

  • Up to two days working from home
  • Minimum three days in the office

Specific arrangements are agreed between employees and leaders, considering role requirements, team needs and business priorities.

Some roles do require regular on-site presence.

Eligible employees may also access our Work From Anywhere program, which allows remote work for up to two weeks per year.
